When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate $5. Free on orders over $40.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it. Opened jars are fine; we only ask that you tell us what was wrong.
Is the honey raw?
Yes. Unheated, unfiltered, straight from the frame.
How should I store spices and honey?
Away from heat and light, jar closed. Ground spices keep their aroma for about a year, whole spices longer; honey never spoils (crystallising is normal — warm the jar gently).
Do you sell wholesale?
We do: bulk sizes and trade pricing for restaurants, cafés and shops. See the Wholesale page or write to us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, PayPal and the local options shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we never see your card number.
