Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Ask from your order page and we send the instructions.
Refunds
A refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the item reaching us.
Exceptions
Opened food, personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
